The European Patent Office, EPO, has taken the decision to allow another European patent for Episurf Medical (NASDAQ: EPIS B). The decision was taken at an oral proceeding with the EPO. The patent, entitled “Implant specific drill tool” relates to the implant drill included in the kit of surgical instruments used for implantation of the individualised joint implant Episealer®.
