Episurf Medical AB (NASDAQ: EPIS B): On behalf of shareholders in Episurf Medical AB, conversion of class A-shares to B-shares were carried out during January in accordance with the Articles of Association. Through the conversions, the number of A-shares has decreased by 53,124, and the number of B-shares has increased by the same amount.
The total number of shares amounts to 266,539,986, of which 797,894 are A-shares and 265,742,092 are B-shares. The total number of votes after the conversions amounts to 268,135,774.
